The following is a summary of the positions for which we are currently seeking candidates: Project Manager/Records Analyst We are in need of a Project Manager capable of executing strong project planning initiatives. A minimum Bachelor’s Degree is required, with a major or minor in Library Science or specialized course instruction in records management and/or an understanding of the lifecycle of paper and electronic records is a plus. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of five years’ demonstrated successful project management. Requirements include the ability to assess project requirements, work closely, communicate or consult with clients and liaisons, monitor timelines and budgets, manage temporary staff working on projects, and organize resources. Superior written, oral and consultative communication skills, and the ability to understand, analyze, interpret, and explain complex processes and business terms are a must. Candidate must possess an understanding of electronic records, demonstrate superior computer skills to include word processing, database, and workflow or diagram software (Visio), and experience using Microsoft Project is preferred. Travel may be required. Records Analyst II We have an immediate opening for a customer-focused professional to perform records tasks associated with a firm-wide records management initiative. Some training will be provided, but ideal candidates must possess a minimum Bachelor’s Degree, have a major or minor in Library Science or specialized course instruction in records management, and demonstrate a minimum of three (3) years experience in establishing and maintaining corporate filing systems. Candidate should have the ability to apply state and federal records retention guidelines, interface with various business units to ensure compliance with state regulations, and maintain strong working relationships with contacts at job sites. The ideal individual will have superior oral and written communication skills, and have the ability to provide training programs which address pre-defined learning objectives. The current status of this position is part-time, on demand, with eventual opportunities in other accounts to which we provide records management and consulting support. Project Team Assistant Are you a high energy person, and want to work in a hands-on, fast-paced business environment? Our project team assistants develop records inventories by entering inventory data into pre-defined database structures. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, a minimum three (3) years’ business experience, and excellent written and oral communication skills. This position requires you to work effectively with work groups, function independently and collaboratively to reach project and program goals, possess strong organizational skills and a high level of professionalism and independence.
